Where does this store ship from?

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If there is a problem, just let us know. Once an order has been shipped (as this is art) we cannot cancel or refund orders.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

I got a site error at checkout. What do I do?

It seems that Storenvy has made a few updates this week which seem to be causing some users to see an error at checkout. These orders seem to be fine. The best approach is to check and verify that your payment went through. Then shoot us an email with your order number and we can double check it for you.

Tracking info

This is the most common email we receive. Before you email us asking for your tracking info, please check your email. Every single order that goes out receives an email with the USPS shipping tracking info. This email can be caught by a spam filter. Please also check there if it doesn't show up in your inbox.
